Jim Beiermeister
Managing Partner
Born and raised in Michigan, Jim is an alumni of Central Michigan University. He spent 15 years as an Account Executive and Recruiting Agent for a leading national Information Technology Staffing and Services company where he received numerous awards for outstanding account management and leadership. Jim has launched two recruiting agencies in Mid-Michigan and Metro Detroit over the past decade and strives to serve both technical experts & clients with elite service. Outside of Right Hire IT, Jim enjoys spending time with family, skiing, fishing, and promoting everything Michigan.
Fritz Beiermeister
Technical Recruiter
Fritz is a graduate of Michigan State University with a degree in Communications. He handled graphic design responsibilities for a regional online broadcast company during college semesters and interned with Right Hire IT his last two summers of school. Fritz has a keen eye for detail and a creative spirit, bringing a fresh perspective to engaging with candidates and clients via social platforms, internet marketing and community events. Outside of Right Hire IT Fritz plays sports including tennis, skiing and golf, and enjoys time on the lake fishing and hanging out with friends at the sandbar.
