Responsibilities:
- Performs compliance-based customer project functions such as device imaging and configuration for deployment of IT equipment – enterprise or endpoint
- Configures Windows based systems to customer specifications
- Adopts the use of new software deployment tools
- Adopts the use of quality-oriented processes to ensure all work is completed accurately and documented
- Develop and document work instructions for customer projects
- Participates in learning new technologies and career development opportunities as presented
- Stay abreast of the latest developments in IT Technology, including training for certifications and manufacturer partnerships
- Additional duties and/or projects as required
Experience:
- 2 or more years of experience as a computer specialist

- Comptia Network+ a plus
- Microsoft MCP: Configuring Windows 7 (70-680) a plus
- Associate’s degree in Information Systems, computer science or equivalent experience a plus
