Responsibilities:
- Develops and maintains project schedules and Work Breakdown Structures
- Responsible for determining and working with supervision to acquire resource needs
- Oversees project progress and workload through duration of project
- Manages Request for Proposal (RFP, eval matrix) to select vendor products
- Write contract Scope of Deliverables
- Follows process and standards update and creation
- Project Support Activities (i.e., Risks, issues, action item management
- Meeting scheduling, facilitating, meeting minutes
- Communications (end user, broadcasts, IT notifications)
- Monitor and report on project KPIs
- Passionate about delivering the ultimate customer experience
- Identification of issues, obstacles and opportunities and development and
implementation of effective solutions
Experince:
- 5+ Years of Project Management Experience in Enterprise or Public Sector Environment
managing infrastructure related projects - Enterprise Network Implementation Management, experience leading end-to-end
network deployments, infrastructure readiness, and deployment planning - WAN Connectivity and Carrier Circuit Coordination, skilled in WAN planning, circuit
delivery tracking, telecom provider coordination, and circuit readiness - Cisco Network Infrastructure Modernization, experience supporting Cisco switching
environments, secure connectivity, routing/switching coordination, and network refresh
initiatives - Network Cutover and Migration Planning, ability to manage enterprise cutover planning,
traffic transitions, stabilization, and business-critical migration activities - Network Security and Access Infrastructure Projects, experience managing secure
connectivity, DDoS mitigation, malware defense, and enterprise authentication/access
reliability.
