Responsibilities:
- Serve as a key contributor on the Application & Client Services team, supporting various applications and projects
- Manage a variety of projects, including: Requests for proposals (RFPs); Contract/scope development; Infrastructure upgrades; Application enhancements and new development
- Implementation of COTS/vendor applications with multiple integrations and Agile technologies
- Identify the technical approach to be used on a given project and manage the system development process.
- Establish and meet deadlines set by internal and external agencies to align information technology solutions with business initiatives.
- Collaborate with internal and external agencies to align IT solutions with business initiatives
- Lead and motivate cross-functional teams, interacting effectively at all organizational levels
- Advocate for change, effectively communicate project value, and build consensus across diverse viewpoints
- Manage project scope and tasks: Correlate work to a work breakdown structure; Ensure team members track time appropriately to projects
- Oversee tasks and resources for support, maintenance, and enhancements of existing applications, as applicable
Experience:
- 5+ Years of Project Management Experience in Enterprise or Public Sector Environment
- Hands-on, self-starter, and team player possessing both technical and interpersonal skills.
- High-level understanding of: Project management methodologies; Web application programming; Content management systems; APIs, databases, and system design
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for professional interactions with developers, product owners, and subject matter experts
- Technical Experience: CA Clarity Portfolio Management; MS Project; Azure DevOps; MS Visio, Microsoft 365 Services, SharePoint Online, MS Teams, Agile Methodologies, ServiceNow
