Responsibilities:
- Regular follow up with users and management
- Document and/or improve procedures relating to standards and policies
- Responds to requests for technical assistance in person, via phone, and electronically
- Diagnoses and resolves voice and data issues
- Processes, adds, changes, and moves phone requests
- Deploys and supports digital x-ray software and hardware
- Coordinate installation of digital x-ray & IT equipment for remodeled/renovated offices
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Work in a collaborative team-oriented environment
- Analytics, problem solving, and troubleshooting skills
- Special projects as assigned
- Some travel may be required
- Project dependent afternoon/evening work (12pm – 8pm shift)
Experience:
- 3+ years Help Desk / Field Support or related relevant experience
- Experience in Microsoft enterprise environments
- Background in Project Coordination
- Knowledge of clinical specific technology such as digital x-ray sensors, inter-oral cameras, etc. (Preferred)
- Knowledge of office automation products and computer peripherals, such as printers and scanners
- Proficient with Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
