Field Support Technician

Responsibilities:

  • Regular follow up with users and management
  • Document and/or improve procedures relating to standards and policies
  • Responds to requests for technical assistance in person, via phone, and electronically
  • Diagnoses and resolves voice and data issues
  • Processes, adds, changes, and moves phone requests
  • Deploys and supports digital x-ray software and hardware
  • Coordinate installation of digital x-ray & IT equipment for remodeled/renovated offices
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Work in a collaborative team-oriented environment
  • Analytics, problem solving, and troubleshooting skills
  • Special projects as assigned
  • Some travel may be required
  • Project dependent afternoon/evening work (12pm – 8pm shift)

Experience:

  • 3+ years Help Desk / Field Support or related relevant experience
  • Experience in Microsoft enterprise environments
  • Background in Project Coordination
  • Knowledge of clinical specific technology such as digital x-ray sensors, inter-oral cameras, etc. (Preferred)
  • Knowledge of office automation products and computer peripherals, such as printers and scanners
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
