ERP Consultant/Project Manager

Responsibilities:

  • Readiness – Process Discovery; Process Evaluation & Improvements; Future State Design; Requirements Traceability Matrix
  • System Implementation – Project Management / Stakeholder Reporting; Fit/Gap Analysis; Configuration, Data Migration; Procedural Documentation; Training; UAT; Deployment; Hypercare
  • Outline tasks, timelines, and resources required for the implementation
  • Establish realistic goals and objectives, calling out potential risks or challenges
  • Coordinate with multiple teams involved in the implementation including IT, finance, and operations for requirements, as-is & to-be design, iterative review, testing etc
  • Ensure effective communication among team members providing regular updates on project status
  • Manage the relationship with the integration vendor, become familiar with product features, capabilities and ensure the vendor meets SOW & SLA deliverables
  • Facilitate the change process, including assessing the impact of the transition, developing change management strategies, and communicating with stakeholders
  • Oversee the quality assurance process to ensure the implementation meets business requirements
  • Collaborate with end-users to gather feedback and validate that the system is functioning as intended

Experience:

  • 2-5 Years Project Management Experience
  • Completed at least one (1) full ERP implementation
  • Experience w/ Financial, AP/AR, Production, Inventory, 3rd Party Integrations etc.
  • Prior experience with Oracle Business One or Acumatica (Preferred)
  • Manage multiple concurrent workstreams
  • Strong written and verbal communication
  • Self driven & collaborative with multiple user communities (technical & non-technical)
