DevOps Engineer

Responsibilities: 

  • Modernize Legacy Infrastructure: Help lead the transition of CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure from legacy systems to modern, scalable architectures using tools like Terraform Cloud, GitHub Actions, and ArgoCD
  • AWS Environment Migration: Support the migration of applications and services across AWS accounts, ensuring secure, compliant, and efficient transitions
  • Cloud Operations & Troubleshooting: Proactively identify and resolve issues in AWS environments (including EC2, EKS, Lambda, S3, and EventBridge), ensuring high availability and performance
  • Documentation & Knowledge Sharing: Maintain clear documentation of infrastructure, configurations, and processes, and contribute to a culture of continuous learning and DevOps best practices

Experience: 

  • 4+ years in DevOps or a related field, with a proven track record of independently managing complex environments and delivering high-priority initiatives 
  • Cloud Expertise: Strong hands-on experience with AWS services and architecture, including EC2, EKS, Lambda, S3, and IAM.
  • Infrastructure as Code: Proficiency with Terraform and Ansible for automating infrastructure provisioning and configuration management 
  • CI/CD Pipelines: Deep experience with GitHub Actions and tools like ArgoCD and Octopus Deploy for building and maintaining robust CI/CD workflows 
  • Containerization: Solid understanding of Docker and Kubernetes, including Amazon EKS, for container orchestration and deployment 
  • Monitoring & Troubleshooting: Ability to proactively identify and resolve issues in cloud environments, with experience in observability tools and performance tuning 
  • Collaboration & Communication: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally and document technical processes clearly 
  • Project Tools: Familiarity with Jira or similar tools for task tracking and agile collaboration
