Business Intelligence Developer

Responsibilities:

  • Work with stakeholders to identify, create, and monitor various reports and key business metrics.
  • Design, document, develop, test, and deploy various business intelligence and planning applications, dashboards, and reports.
  • Support, troubleshoot, and maintain existing Financial/Operational business analytics.
  • Ensure the quality, consistency, and timely delivery of data analytics produced for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Perform ad-hoc projects, research, and analysis in support of key stakeholders.
  • Create requirements and identify predictive and analytical models for accuracy and leverage output to bring strategic value to the organization.
  • Review and implement technical processes to attain predictive and analytical models.
  • Communicate status, issues and progress to the Manager and create appropriate documentation for stakeholders to understand the data analysis process.
  • Manage work to deadlines and handle shifting priorities effectively.
  • Act as a subject matter expert for Business Intelligence, supporting all business applications, and maintaining confidentiality of processed information

Experience:

  • 8-10 years of experience in Business Intelligence or Data Analytics
  • Advanced knowledge in report writing tools like Microsoft SQL & SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS), Data Warehousing, and OLAP Business Intelligence technology
  • Advanced SQL knowledge, proficiency in Power BI is required
  • Experience with MDX queries
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and strong communication skills are also essential
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience,
