Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to elicit, analyze, and document business requirements for IT projects
- Conduct interviews, workshops, and surveys to gather essential information
- Analyze business processes, systems, and data to identify opportunities for improvement
- Prepare detailed documentation, including business requirements documents, use cases, and process flow diagrams
- Work closely with the project team to translate business requirements into functional specifications
- Collaborate with architects and developers to design solutions that meet business needs
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with business stakeholders, ensuring alignment between business goals and IT solutions
- Communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Contribute to project planning activities, including estimating effort, defining deliverables, and creating project timelines
- Assist in the development of project scope and objectives
- Define test cases and collaborate with the QA team to ensure the quality of deliverables
- Participate in user acceptance testing (UAT) and facilitate feedback sessions
- Assess the impact of changes on business processes and systems
- Develop and implement change management plans to ensure smooth transitions
- Identify and analyze project risks, providing recommendations for mitigation
- Proactively address issues and challenges to prevent project delays
- Generate and maintain project-related reports, dashboards, and metrics
- Provide regular updates to project stakeholders on progress and key milestones
Experience:
- 2-5 Years of Experience as a Business Analyst
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst in IT project management
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in requirements gathering and documentation
- Familiarity with project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall)
- Knowledge of business process modeling and analysis tools
