Responsibilities:
- Roll out standardized SDD playbooks tailored for several client sub-teams
- Host dedicated office hours, pairing sessions, and triage developer adoption friction
- Standardize PRD/spec templates, prompt patterns, and React component output standards
- Run daily tactical syncs with company’s 2-person development pod to clear blockers
- Serve as the primary triage filter between 60 client developers and company
- Translate client feedback into structured, prioritized feature/bug specs for the lead architect
- Guide squads on slicing the Angular monolith via hybrid routing and shared micro-frontends
- Establish Definition-of-Done and slice-by-slice regression gates
- Intervene on high-risk “big bang” refactor proposals
- Track slice-level migration throughput, component burndown, and squad velocity
- Align work tracking taxonomy and sprint tracking between company deliverables and client backlogs
- Surface cross-squad shared component dependencies early
- Partner directly with Account Executive on account health, roadmap risks, and strategic milestones
- Lead bi-weekly steering updates with client leads
- Identify and qualify adjacent client systems for company tooling expansion

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and take ownership of critical security projects
- Undergraduate or graduate degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or related field
- Previous experience with AI/ML projects or coursework
- Experience in AI/ML model training and evaluation: training data preparation and evaluation for ML models (Preferred)
- Familiarity with model quantization and fine-tuning techniques like LoRA or prompt tuning (Preferred)
- Experience with tools and open-source AI/ML models like Hugging Face, OpenAI API etc. (Preferred)
